Sterimar Nose Hygiene is a medical device based on Sea water. Sterimar draws its Sea water from Bay of Cancale (Brittany-France), an exceptional and protected site renowned for its environmental quality.
Sterimar Nose Hygiene is recommended for children and adults to:
- Cleanse and eliminate impurities (mucus, dust, allergens...)

Sterimar Nose Hygiene may be used following nose surgery.
How to use:On first use, spray to start the system.
- For hygiene and moisturizing of the nasal mucosa: Head straight, put the nozzle in the nostril. Spray once or twice in each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
- For deeper cleansing of nasal cavities: Head tilted to one side, put in the top of the nostril. Spray once for 2 to 3 seconds. Let any excess solution flow out of the other nostril and then blow your nose.
After each use, clean the nozzle in hot water and dry.
Use 2 to 6 times a day.
