How to Order

HOW TO ORDER PRODUCTS

You can place an order from the online pharmacy www.familypharmacy.gr in one of the following three ways:

1. Order via Website

You can browse the website using the navigation menu or the search bar. Then, by clicking the “Add to Cart” button, you can add the product to your shopping cart and follow the steps to complete your order.

2. Order via Phone

You can call us at +30 211 411 0579 or +30 211 800 1410 from Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, and Saturday, 10:30–13:00, and we will place the order for you with the products you wish to purchase.

3. Order via Email

You can send us an email at [email protected] with the products you wish to purchase along with your personal details, and we will enter the order into our system.

⚠️ For security reasons, we do not accept credit card information via phone or email.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Order pickup from the physical pharmacy is not available.
• Discounted prices apply only to online or phone orders with courier delivery.
