Domestic Shipments – ACS Courier / Courier Center

For orders over €39* and for parcels weighing up to 2kg, shipping is free of charge.

If the parcel weight exceeds 2kg, an additional charge of €1*/kg applies.

For orders under €39*, the shipping cost is €2* for Attica and €3* for other regions.

If the parcel weight exceeds 2kg, an extra charge of €1*/kg applies.

* All prices include VAT.
** For orders paid by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card, no COD fee applies.

For remote or hard-to-reach areas, a special delivery charge may apply depending on the region and parcel weight (for orders over 3kg).

If all ordered products are available, customers typically receive their order within 1–3 working days, except for deliveries to remote areas.
For such areas, delivery may require an additional 1–2 working days.

All shipments are handled by ACS Courier or Courier Center.
Customers who provide an email address receive a tracking number and a tracking link (URL) to monitor their shipment status.

Shipping times may vary due to unforeseen factors such as:

• General strikes

• Severe weather conditions

• Transportation issues

• Natural disasters

• Courier company delays

• Public holidays

Note: Products requiring refrigeration are not shipped outside Attica for safety reasons.

Shipments to Cyprus – Skynet Worldwide Courier Service

AIR SHIPMENT via Skynet Worldwide Courier

Air shipments to Cyprus are delivered within 2–3 working days, depending on product availability.
The shipping cost is €14* for parcels up to 2kg.
If the parcel weight differs, you will be contacted prior to order execution to confirm the updated charge.

SEA SHIPMENT via Skynet Worldwide Courier

Sea shipments to Cyprus are delivered within 7–9 working days, depending on product availability.
The shipping cost is:

• €14 for parcels up to 10kg.

According to Greek legislation, the online sale of medicines is strictly prohibited, and it is not possible to receive or process medical prescriptions via the internet.

How to Place an Order

Purchases from the online pharmacy www.familypharmacy.gr can be made in three different ways:

1. Order via Website

You can browse the website through the menu or search bar.
Click on “Add to Cart” to add a product to your shopping basket, and then follow the checkout steps to complete your order.

2. Order by Phone

You can call us at +30 211 411 0579 or +30 211 800 1410,
Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 and Saturday 10:30–13:00,
and we will place the order for the products you wish to purchase.

3. Order via Email

Send us an email at [email protected] with the products you wish to order and your personal details.
Our team will process and register the order in our system.

For security reasons, we do not accept credit card details by phone or email.

Important Notes

• In-store pickup is not available.
  Orders cannot be collected from the physical pharmacy location.

• Discounts and online offers apply exclusively to online purchases and are not valid for in-store transactions.
