Returns & Refund Policy
At familypharmacy.gr, our goal is to provide the best possible service to our customers.
We therefore offer the option to return or exchange any product in your order if the items you received were damaged, used, defective, altered, or malfunctioning for any reason.
Free Returns in Case of Store Error
Customers may return any product free of charge and receive a full refund within 10 working days from the date the returned product is received,
if the return is due to an error on the part of the e-shop or if the customer no longer wishes to receive the order within the given timeframe.
Refunds can be issued either as store credit or cash refund.
Refund Method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) or Bank Transfer payments, refunds are made via bank deposit to a Greek bank account provided by the customer.

For Credit Card or PayPal payments, refunds are processed electronically.
If a customer wishes to return a product for personal reasons after 15 days and the return is not due to an e-shop error,
the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Basic Conditions for Product Returns
To be eligible for return:

Products must not be opened, used, or damaged, and their original packaging must be intact.

Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
If this deadline falls on a public holiday, it is automatically extended to the next working day.
Customer Rights in Case of Returns
Customers are entitled to:

Receive replacement products, at no extra cost, if the original items were defective or damaged due to our responsibility.

Receive a refund to the credit card used for the purchase, either for the entire order or for the faulty items only.

In case incorrect products were sent due to our error, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we will provide all necessary information to contact the official distributor in Greece.

If an order is cancelled within 3 working days and paid by Credit Card or PayPal, the transaction will be voided and the customer will be notified via email or phone.

If an order is cancelled within 14 days, the transaction will be refunded electronically (for Credit Card or PayPal payments).
For Bank Transfer or COD payments, the customer must provide the following details for the refund:-

Account Holder’s Full Name
Refunds are issued within 10 working days after the returned products and receipt of transaction have been received.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return, the customer must first contact us:

By phone at +30 211 411 0579 or +30 211 800 1410, or

By email at [email protected], stating the reason for the return.
After communication, the customer will receive instructions for the return process via one of our partner courier companies.
Once the returned products have been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.
Refunds for COD or Bank Transfer payments are made via bank transfer from the company’s account to the customer’s account.

Refunds for Credit Card or PayPal payments are processed electronically.
Product returns are accepted only via courier.
Returns cannot be made in person at the physical pharmacy location.

Product Expiry Dates:
familypharmacy.gr guarantees that all products shipped have a minimum remaining shelf life of at least three (3) months from the date of delivery.
Important Notice:
In accordance with Greek law, the sale of medicines via the internet is prohibited, and therefore we cannot accept or process medical prescriptions.
Right of Refusal
familypharmacy.gr reserves the right to deny refunds or credits to customers who repeatedly return products or act with malicious intent.
