Returns Policy & Right of Withdrawal
The company familypharmacy.gr complies with the provisions of the applicable European and Greek legislation on consumer protection and e-commerce.
1. Right of Withdrawal
According to Law 2251/1994 as in force, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase of the products, without providing any justification.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (e.g., via email at [email protected] or by phone).
Withdrawal Function (Withdrawal Button)
Our online store provides customers with the ability to exercise their right of withdrawal electronically for distance contracts concerning the purchase of products concluded through our website or other online interfaces (such as mobile applications), in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which they receive the products included in their order. The right of withdrawal is considered to have been exercised within the legal deadline if the electronic withdrawal request is submitted before the expiration of this period.
To submit a withdrawal request, the customer may use the Return / Withdrawal Form by completing the following information:

Upon successful submission of the form, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the withdrawal request. This email serves as proof that the withdrawal request has been successfully submitted to our online store.
The submission of the electronic withdrawal request does not affect any other rights or obligations of either party regarding the return of the products and the reimbursement of the purchase price, as provided for under the applicable consumer protection legislation.
2. Consumer Obligations in Case of Withdrawal
The consumer is required to:
- -Return the products within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal declaration
- -Ensure that the products are in excellent condition, unused
- -Retain the original packaging
- -Include the valid proof of purchase
The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
3. Return Costs
- -In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal without fault of the company, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer.
- -In the case of a defective product, incorrect shipment, or other error by the company, the return costs shall be borne exclusively by familypharmacy.gr.
4. Refunds
The company is obliged to refund any amount paid within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of the withdrawal.
The refund may be delayed until:
- -the returned products are received, or
- -proof of their shipment is provided
The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Specifically:
- -Credit card / PayPal: refund via the same payment method
- -Cash on delivery / Bank transfer: refund via bank transfer to an account indicated by the customer
5. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
In the event that the products are:
- -defective
- -damaged upon delivery
- -or do not correspond to the order
the consumer is entitled, without any charge, to:
- -replacement of the product, or
- -full refund (including shipping costs)
in accordance with the provisions on seller liability for defects and lack of agreed properties.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases of:
- -Products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery
- -Products that have been used or altered
7. Return Procedure
To return products:
- -Contact the company:
- -You will receive instructions for shipment via a cooperating courier company
- -After inspection of the products, the refund process will proceed
Returns are carried out exclusively via courier and returns at the physical store are not accepted.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped without any additional charge.
After the cancellation, in the case of a prepaid order, the refund is processed within 3 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Specifically:
-Credit card / PayPal: refund issued through the same payment method.
-Cash on delivery / Bank transfer: refund issued via bank transfer to an account provided by the customer.
Important Notice
In all cases of product returns where there is no fault of the company, the consumer bears the return costs.
