Hydro-active mesh dressing.

Not-adhering, for superficial acute and chronic wounds. Creates an ideal wound environment and stimulates wound healing. Cover with a regular or absorbing dressing. Can stay on the wound several (3-5 days).

Indications:

• Low to heavily exuding chronic wounds such as pressure ulcers, superficial and partial thickness burns, venous, arterial and diabetic ulcers;
• Acute wounds such as donor sites, surgical wounds, cuts and abrasions. 

Composition: 

L-Mesitran Net contains 20% medical grade honey, an acrylic polymer gel and water on a polyester mesh structure.
