Indications:

Superficial and acute wounds eg. abrasions and lacerations and donor sites for skin grafts;
Burns, 1st and 2nd degree.Chronic wounds eg. Pressure ulcers, venous, arterial and diabetic ulcers;
Oncology wounds (helps deodorize and debridement). Colonized acute and (postoperative) surgical wounds.

Composition:

L-Mesitran Soft contains: 40% medical grade honey, medical grade hypoallergenic lanolin , propylene glycol, PEG 4000 and vitamins C & E
