How to use:
Twist the base clockwise until a small amount of product appears (up to 5 mm).

If you will be exposed to the sun, apply a sufficient amount 30 minutes before sun exposure.

Reapply every 2 hours, or after sweating, swimming, or towel drying to maintain protection.
