As you run, the foot can be subject to the shock of 2-3 times your body weight with every step. Over time, this repetitive impact can cause painful injuries like runner’s knee, shin splints, and plantar fasciitis.
Dr. Scholl’s® Run Active Comfort Insoles reduce shock, which helps reduce the wear and tear on your feet and legs and helps prevent common running injuries.
How to use:
- Your shoe’s current insoles may be removeable, if they are take them out FIRST.
- Place the removeable insoles against the back of your Dr. Scholl’s® insole and trim to match the old insole size. If your shoes’ insoles aren’t removeable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide found on the bottom of your insole near the toes.
- Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear
