L-theanine is a natural, non-protein amino acid found in high concentrations in green tea leaves. It contributes to the relaxing effects of green tea without causing drowsiness. It also helps regulate neurotransmitters, such as GABA, thereby supporting normal psychological function.

How to use:Take 1 capsule per day, after meal, as a food supplement.
Active ingredients per capsule:Green tea leaf extract 500mg (Camellia sinensis) (thereof L-theanine 200mg, epigallocatechin gallate EGCG 50mg).
Seal the bottle carefully after use. Do not consume if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 years of age, on an empty stomach, or if you have consumed other green tea products on the same day. Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Keep in a cool, dry place (up to 25οC), out of sight and reach of young children. Keep the product away from heat, light or humidity. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. This product is not intended to prevent, treat or cure human disease. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or facing health problems.
