Strath Food Supplement with vitamin D is based on high-quality vitamin D herbal yeast. It is rich in vital substances and suitable for children from 1 year of age, adults, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, students, professionals, athletes and senior citizens.

Sufficient vitamin D levels are essential in all life phases. Your body can produce its own vitamin D when your skin absorbs sunlight. That is why it is also called the sun vitamin.

In other words, the Vitamin D in the Strath Original Food supplement was not added but is naturally produced by the yeast.
