It is easy to use: once a day, ideally in the afternoon, dissolve one sachet in 150-200 ml of water or other liquid and drink it one hour before or after eating. The duration of consumption depends on the personal needs of the individual. The piulatte can be taken as long as it continues to benefit the breastfeeding mother.
- The origin of the thistle: Thistle comes mainly from the Mediterranean region, but is also cultivated in Germany. According to English legend, the white spots on its leaves come from the milk of the “Virgin Mary”, from which it takes its English name (milk thistle).
