How to use:

1. Add 400 gr to a saucepan. water and 40 gr. (about 4 tbsp) frezylac Trachahanakis. 
2. Heat over medium heat and stir constantly so that it does not stick. 
3. The meal is ready as soon as it boils. (about 5 minutes after boiling begins). 
4. Serve and enjoy the crunchy warm.

Ideal as a substitute for pasta or rice. Ideal base for preparing meals for the whole family with the addition of cheese, butter, egg, meat, vegetables, etc.
After opening a bag, the contents should be consumed within 3 weeks.
