Combines 5 different active forms of magnesium (magnesium citrate, bisglycinate, taurate, carbonate, and oxide) with B-complex vitamins (niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, B6, B1, folic acid, biotin, B12) and coenzyme Q10.
