How to use:Adults: 2-8 sprays daily. 2 sprays daily providing 5 mg (36%*) of iron, 8 sprays daily providing 20 mg (142%*) of iron.

Replace cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position. If the product has not been used for a long period, the jet may become congested. If so, rinse it with warm water to remove the congestion.
