Each serving (37g) contains 300mg EnXtra® (Alpinia galanga rhizome extract).

Suggested usage
1 portion per day. Enjoy prior to or during workouts.
Mixing instructions: Add 37g (1 scoop) to 500ml of water and mix thoroughly.
