With the FERTI·LILY Conception Cup, trying for a baby remains an intimate moment enjoyed in the comfort of your own home. 1.5 times more likely to conceive and no doctors or hospitals needed.

  • Delivers more sperm to the cervix Cervical cups help up to 300% more sperm cells to enter the protective environment of the cervical mucus, so that more can also enter the uterus, increasing your chance of conception by +48%.
  • Comfortable & easy to use The FERTI·LILY Conception Cup won’t disturb your most intimate moments. It’s super soft, comes with handy instructions, and you can insert it yourself at home. 86% of women say it’s easy to use, and 9/10 find it comfortable to wear.
  • 100% medical silicone Manufactured in Switzerland from 100% medical grade silicone. The FERTI·LILY Conception Cup is flexible, durable, and biocompatible, so it’s safe to use internally.
  • Natural, safe and hormone-free The FERTI·LILY Conception Cup helps you to conceive naturally. For couples who have been trying for 12 months or longer it can increase the odds of conception by 180%, making it a credible alternative to hormone treatment and other invasive procedures.
  • Re-usable for up to six cycles Unlike other single use conception aids, you can use the FERTI·LILY Conception cup for up to 6 cycles.
  • Cradled by the FERTI·LILY Cup, the sperm spends less time exposed to the vagina, where typically there is a pH level that is toxic to sperm
  • The FERTI·LILY Cup can stay inserted for up to 1 hour, increasing the amount of time each individual sperm cell has to swim into the uterus
  • The FERTI·LILY Cup keeps the sperm in place, leaving you free to get up, go to the toilet, shower, or do whatever you like. Urinating after sex can help to prevent Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs).

How to use:

  1. Before inserting the cup for the first time, boil it in pure water, pat it dry, then place the cup in the cotton bag it came with. Remember to keep it close to your bed, so that you can stay lying down to insert it after you’ve had sex.
  2. Have sex. After your partner has ejaculated inside you, and without sitting or standing up so that you don’t lose any sperm, pick up the cup. Turn it inside out so that it looks like an umbrella. Hold it with the stem pointing towards your feet and one finger inside the upturned cup.
  3. Gently insert the upturned cup into your vagina. Once it reaches the top of your vaginal canal, hold the cup in place with the inserted finger and at the same time gently pull on the stem (you might find it easiest to use your other hand) to pop the FERTI·LILY Cup back into its original shape.
  4. To check if you’ve done it correctly, feel for the indents on the outside of the cup either side of the stem. If the cup is still inside out, you’ll barely be able to feel them. (It can be helpful to check where the indents are before you insert the cup). Don’t worry too much if you can’t tell if the cup is the right way round or not. The sperm will still be inside you, closer to your cervix, and the cup will still prevent it from flowing out, so just leave it for now. Practice makes perfect: keep using it and soon enough you’ll get the hang of it. The FERTI·LILY Cup can be worn for 20 minutes up to a maximum of 1 hour.

Removing the FERTI·LILY Cup:

  1. Wash your hands with soap and water. Get into a comfortable position, either standing up or sitting on the toilet, and gently push downwards with your lower abdominal / pelvic floor muscles (as if you were having a bowel movement).
  2. Reach for the stem of the cup with your finger(s). The vagina is only about 8-10cm long, so it may already be accessible; if not, insert your index finger into your vagina to reach it. Slowly pull on the stem until you feel the base of the cup at the opening of your vagina.
  3. With your fingers on the indents, pinch the cup at its base to fold it inwards, making it easier to pull out. Alternatively, use one finger to pull the edge of the cup down to release the seal. Gently remove the cup from your vagina, keeping it upright to prevent any spillage until you’re over a toilet or sink. It’s very likely you’ll see some liquid inside the cup after removal. This is a mix of semen, arousal fluid and cervical mucus and is completely normal.
  4. Empty the contents, wash the cup thoroughly (15-20 seconds) using warm water and store as directed.

Cleaning Instructions:

  • Clean the FERTI·LILY Cup with warm water. The small holes below the rim must be kept clean and clear at all times to prevent a vacuum when removing the cup. Gently stretch each hole under warm running water to remove any debris.
  • If you are unable to wash the FERTI·LILY Cup directly after removal (for instance, if using a toilet with separate washing facilities), wash your hands thoroughly before entering the room or cubicle, empty the contents into the toilet, and use a dry or damp tissue to wipe the cup. The liquid inside the cup after you remove it is mostly semen and cervical mucus and is completely normal.
  • Find a convenient moment to clean the cup as instructed before next use. When traveling, always wash the cup using potable (safe to drink) water.
  • At the end of your fertile period, it is recommended to wash, boil and dry the FERTI·LILY Cup as instructed. Store it in the cotton bag provided, NOT in a plastic bag or airtight container.
  • The FERTI·LILY Conception Cup can be boiled for 5-10 minutes as needed. Use an open pot and plenty of water. Do not leave the boiling pot unattended. In the event of damage, the cup may become ineffective and should be discarded and replaced (for example, if the pot boils dry and burns the cup).
  • The FERTI·LILY Cup may naturally discolour slightly over time. This does not impair its functionality. DO NOT USE vinegar, tea tree oil, scented soap, castile/peppermint soap, oil-based soap, rubbing alcohol, antibacterial soap, hand sanitiser, pre-moistened wipes, dish soap, hydrogen peroxide, bleach or any other harsh chemicals to try to lighten the cup. These may damage the silicone and cause irritation.
